Deposit, Payment and Refund Policy
Before booking any of our services,whether a Reiki session, training, or workshop through www.clearlivingwellness.com or WhatsApp (operated by Berenice Smith), please take note of our payment and refund policy.
- Deposit:
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the session, training, or workshop begins. - Workshop and Training Bookings:
Since venues and catering are booked based on participant numbers and spaces are limited, cancellations impact others who may be waiting to attend. Please be considerate when booking. - Cancellation and Refunds:
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of a Reiki session.
- You may reschedule a Reiki session within 48 hours of the appointment, or reschedule a training/workshop up to 2 weeks before the event.
- Deposits will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs more than 1 week before a Reiki session, or 2 weeks before a training or workshop.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of a Reiki session.
